    "requisitionDescription": "<div>\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">Performs most repairs and maintenance assignments.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Performs semi-specialized assignments and general tasks in the maintenance of the entire Casino property.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Performs general plumbing duties.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Performs general refrigeration, heating and AC maintenance.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Assists in painting, carpentry and remodeling of the entire Casino property.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Assists, when needed, in moving of Casino game tables, chairs, office furniture and supplies as needed.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Abides by and adheres to the Casino safety policy as well as the State Health Department regulations.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Assists the Facilities Manager and Supervisors as needed.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">1-3 years of General Maintenance experience</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING</p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">HS Diploma or GED required</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">&nbsp;REASONING ABILITY</p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">Ability to examine issues both strategically and tactically</li><li dir=\"auto\">Ability to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">This position requires the ability to problem solve situations in an effective and efficient manner.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">LANGUAGE SKILLS</p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li dir=\"auto\">Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships</li><li dir=\"auto\">Ability to express ideas clearly and succinctly in letters, memos and reports</li><li dir=\"auto\">Able to read, write, and speak English</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">Maintenance Certification preferred&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">Must have ability to safely lift minimum of 75 lbs. without restrictions.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Requires many hours of working in front of a computer and extended periods of telephone work {CASINO}</li><li dir=\"auto\">Able to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, re-stocking inventory.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Able to regularly perform store maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean</li><li dir=\"auto\">Ability to use and climb ladders</li><li dir=\"auto\">Work in an enclosed and busy area.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Requires ability to reach with hands and arms; occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude and ability to deal effectively with guests, management, employees and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines with attention to detail.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Professional appearance and demeanor.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Lifting, twisting and turning carrying items.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">WORK ENVIORNMENT</p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Ability to tolerate indoor temperatures of approximately 60- 65 degrees for extended periods of time.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Must be at least 21 years of age</li><li dir=\"auto\">Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions</li><li dir=\"auto\">24 hour operation with a very fast paced environment.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">CASINO REQUIREMENTS</p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Must be able to obtain, and maintain, a Gardena Police Department/City issued Casino Work Permit.</li></ul></div>\n    </div>\n  </div>\n",
