    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Summit Interconnect, the largest privately held PCB manufacturer in North America, is searching for a Project Manager to lead Continuous Improvement initiatives across the company. &nbsp;The Project Manager - Continuous Improvement is responsible for executing strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall business performance. This role drives cross-functional projects focused on process optimization using Lean Six Sigma methodologies within a manufacturing &nbsp;environment. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a hands-on approach to continuous improvement. &nbsp;This role will can be based out of our corporate office in Irvine, CA or at one of our Orange County manufacturing locations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead end-to-end continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations through implementation and sustainment&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Apply Lean Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis) to drive measurable performance improvements&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain standard work, process documentation, and SOPs&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Track and report project savings, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum 4+ years of experience in project management and/or continuous improvement roles&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (e.g., discrete, PCB, aerospace, automotive, or industrial manufacturing)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with measurable business impact&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">PMP certification preferred but not required&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 8px;\"><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Continuous Improvement Mindset&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Data-Driven Decision Making&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Change Management&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Process Optimization &amp; Standardization&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strategic Thinking with Execution Focus&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience implementing Lean transformations or enterprise-wide CI programs&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Background in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with ERP/MES systems&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in private equity-backed or fast-scaling organizations&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>ITAR Compliance Notice</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position requires compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
