We are seeking a junior-level geologist or environmental scientist to support our expanding workload. This role is ideal for an early-career professional (0–5 years of experience) who is eager to build technical skills in CCR-related site investigation, remediation, data analysis, and reporting. The position includes a mix of field and office responsibilities and offers strong opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>Responsibilities of this position will include the following:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support CCR site investigations including soil and groundwater sampling</li>\n<li>Assist with monitoring well installation, development, and documentation</li>\n<li>Plan and participate in field programs, including coordination with subcontractors and laboratories</li>\n<li>Process and analyze environmental data</li>\n<li>Prepare technical documents such as sampling plans, field reports, and monitoring reports</li>\n<li>Support data interpretation and contribute to project deliverables</li>\n<li>Coordinate field logistics, scheduling, and equipment needs</li>\n<li>Develop and adhere to Health and Safety Plans and promote a culture of safety</li>\n<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of scientists and engineers</li>\n<li>Travel to project sites up to ~25-50% of the time</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Are We Looking For?</span></p>\n<p>Ideal candidates will have the following:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS in geology, environmental science, environmental engineering, or related field</li>\n<li>0–5 years of relevant experience (consulting experience and/or experience with CCR preferred)</li>\n<li>Experience with soil and groundwater sampling and field data collection (or strong interest in fieldwork)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with environmental data analysis and reporting</li>\n<li>Strong technical writing and communication skills</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel and work in field settings</li>\n<li>Commitment to safety, quality, and client service</li>\n<li>40-hour HAZWOPER certification (or willingness to obtain)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferred Qualifications\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with CCR regulations and groundwater monitoring programs</li>\n<li>Experience coordinating field activities (e.g., drillers, sampling crews)</li>\n<li>Exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, or similar)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Can You Expect?</span></p>\n<p>A collaborative work environment where we encourage everyone to bring their authentic self.
