Learn more at www.dminc.com</p>\n<h2>About the Opportunity</h2>\n<p>DMI, LLC is seeking an experienced and mission-driven <strong>Cybersecurity Lead / Information Assurance Manager</strong> to oversee and strengthen enterprise-level security operations in support of U.S. Government initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a seasoned cybersecurity professional who thrives in complex environments and is ready to guide strategy, mentor teams, and ensure compliance across critical systems.</p>\n<p>This role offers the opportunity to influence cybersecurity doctrine, protect sensitive national security systems, and shape the security posture of high-visibility programs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Establish and enforce system-wide information security requirements based on user needs, regulatory guidance, policy, and operational demands.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support Government cybersecurity leadership in developing and implementing cybersecurity and Information Assurance doctrine and policy.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior cybersecurity staff, guiding solution design and implementation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Oversee Certification and Accreditation (C&A) packages and ensure full compliance with applicable standards and frameworks.</p></li>\n <li><p>Verify and validate required patches, updates, and configuration modifications to maintain secure system baselines.</p></li>\n <li><p>Review system engineering documentation, CONOPS, and configuration specifications to identify risks and ensure security requirements are fully integrated.</p></li>\n <li><p>Implement and manage public key infrastructure (PKI) technologies and security mechanisms.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> <strong>Education and Years of Experience:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Information Systems Security Engineering</li>\n <li><p>At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Fully Qualified Level Navy Validator as defined in OPNAVINST 5239</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills & Certifications: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Strong background in information systems security engineering, security services, threat mitigation, and lessons learned from attack scenarios</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with Certification and Accreditation processes for IT systems</p></li>\n <li><p>Hands-on experience with HBSS, McAfee, Cisco Sourcefire, SolarWinds, and/or NitroSecurity</p></li>\n <li><p>Position must meet IAT Level III requirements per DoD 8570.01-M</p></li>\n <li><p>CISSP certification preferred</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Clearance Requirement: This position requires eligibility for and adjudication to a TS/SCI clearance level at contract start.</h3>\n<p><strong>Citizenship Status Required: </strong>Must be a <u>U.S. Citizen</u></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> None required for this position.</p>\n<h3>Location: Quantico, VA</h3>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-BQ1</p>\n<h2>Working at DMI</h2>\n<p>DMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
