    "description": "<h2>About JerseySTEM</h2>\n<p><strong>All JerseySTEM roles are pro-bono (unpaid) positions.</strong>JerseySTEM is a mission-driven professional network of pro-bono contributors dedicated to improving access to STEM education and career pathways for underserved middle school girls in New Jersey.</p>\n<p>Members contribute their professional skills and leverage their networks in service of the organization’s gender-equity agenda.Membership is a <strong>minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week </strong>and includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership. K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>This is a pro-bono volunteer position.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The role is responsible for developing and modifying JerseySTEM's WIX platform website content.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Make recommendations for a website platform.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Marketing Team and other areas of JerseySTEM to identify website needs.</li>\n <li>Develop a priority list of website design needs and enhancements.</li>\n <li>Edit/Add/Modify the website platform based on internal customer needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2-3 years with WIX or Word Press website design</li>\n <li>Experience working in a member or mission-driven organization a plus</li>\n <li>Enjoy collaborating and seeing projects through to completion</li>\n <li>BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Weekly Time Commitment </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3-5 hours/week</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Location</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This is a Virtual Opportunity, with no fixed address.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>This is a pro-bono volunteer position.</strong></p>\n<h2>Search Word</h2>Website Content Developer",
