This role translates real-world job tasks, operational workflows, and competency requirements into practical, engaging learning solutions that can be immediately applied in the field.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), trainers, and leadership to ensure all learning materials are aligned with company standards, scalable across the organization, and designed to enhance employee capability and performance.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and deploy effective learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, videos, simulations, and assessments</li>\n<li>Translate business needs and performance gaps into clear learning objectives and targeted development solutions</li>\n<li>Develop structured learning pathways aligned with competency models and career growth</li>\n<li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture technical knowledge, validate content accuracy, and create practical, job-relevant learning materials</li>\n<li>Support onboarding, skill-building, compliance readiness, leadership growth, and continuous learning experiences that enable employee performance</li>\n<li>Maintain and update learning materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational priorities</li>\n<li>Design assessments and evaluation tools, analyze learning data and feedback, and continuously improve content based on outcomes and evolving business needs</li>\n<li>Manage multiple learning projects while ensuring timelines, quality, consistency, and accuracy across deliverables</li>\n<li>Support the integration of learning content into the learning management system, including course setup, SCORM compliance, and tracking</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Educational Technology, or related field</li>\n<li>3–5+ years of experience designing and developing learning programs</li>\n<li>Proven ability to translate job tasks into effective training solutions</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and competency-based training</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple levels of the organization</li>\n<li>Experience with learning management systems, SCORM, and multimedia authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, etc.)</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience designing learning for technical, field-based, or skilled trade roles</li>\n<li>Experience using learning analytics, reporting tools, and platforms such as Power BI to measure impact and inform decisions</li>\n<li>Ability to use AI tools to enhance learning design, content development, and team productivity</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Competitive Salary</li>\n<li>Inclusion in Operational Incentive Program, which shares excess profits as bonuses</li>\n<li>401K Safe Harbor Plan with matching dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of annual gross salary (Traditional and Roth options available)</li>\n<li>Health, dental, vision and other elective insurances</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Hours &amp; Travel:  </span></span></p>\n<p>Hybrid role.
