      "value": "We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner to join our AI team at Spectrum Life. This is a role for someone who thrives on building — someone who identifies what needs to happen, takes initiative, unblocks the team, and drives tangible output. Our AI team operates as the innovation engine of the organisation: our mission is to help other teams work more efficiently by delivering AI-driven solutions, establishing sustainable processes, equipping stakeholders with the tools they need to operate independently, and then moving on to the next challenge. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and document technical product requirements, prioritise features, and ensure delivery of secure, scalable, user-centric platforms. <br>  <br>As a key member of the team, you will own the product requirements and delivery lifecycle end-to-end, from initial ideation to final release. You will be responsible for the AI roadmap, deliverables, and tracking progress across all AI projects. A key part of this role is to own the non-technical design and decision-making: you will use tools like Claude to rapidly create first-draft prototypes, dashboards, and wireframes to narrow down requirements, validate ideas with stakeholders early, and translate those into well-defined user stories — so that by the time work reaches engineering, the what and the why are already resolved and engineers can focus purely on the how.
