Schedule onsite/virtual interviews ensuring a world class candidate experience and coordinate with executive admins on leadership schedules for quick and efficient executive interviews. Coordinate candidate and new hire travel when necessary. Maintain a high level of data integrity within Paylocity for accurate reporting. Identify process efficiencies and enhancements within assigned duties. Coordinate new employee preparation, including coordination with Roers support teams, scheduling of new employees, setting up work stations, ordering Roers swag, etc. Manage background check and drug testing processes employee documents, entering information in the HRIS system and assign new hire training through learning management system.
