  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><br>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Follow cultivation plans outlined by the lead and/or manager.&nbsp;<br>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform daily process of transplanting, cloning, defoliation and trimming of plants.<br>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform maintenance operations (including disposing waste and preventing contaminations).<br>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Identify plant health issues like mold, mildew or other pest infestations.<br>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Follow and maintain legal compliance of cultivation procedures.<br>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain all plants in flower stage.<br>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Routinely use scissors, shears, for performing plant maintenance such as defoliation, and plant clean up.<br>Perform other cultivation tasks as lead and/or manager determines necessary.&nbsp;</div>",
