Journeyman Card and/or 8 years of training preferred.</li>\n<li>A strong understanding of progressive, transfer, and line dies.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.</li>\n\n\n<li>Ability to develop trim line.</li>\n<li>Understanding die details on detail prints as well as layout details for machining.</li>\n<li>Understanding timing, delivery, and quality requirements.</li>\n<li>Good communication skills.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.</li>\n<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Commitment to safety, precision, and continuous improvement.</li>\n"
