Overview We are seeking a performance-driven Social Media Supervisor to lead user acquisition and brand awareness efforts across paid social platforms. This role will focus on driving scalable growth through data-driven strategy, creative optimization, and performance marketing. This role balances hands-on platform execution with people leadership, ensuring paid social programs drive measurable business outcomes across the full funnel while maintaining executional excellence and developing junior talent. You’ll partner closely with analytics, client leadership, and client teams to deliver efficient results. Responsibilities Translate client business objectives and serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for paid social execution and strategies across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, and LinkedIn as applicable, including performance-driven app install campaigns and brand awareness campaigns (Reach, Awareness, Video Views, Engagement). Plan, launch, and optimize app install campaigns with a focus on CPI, CPA, CAC, and downstream performance. Lead execution and optimization of brand campaigns focused on reach, frequency, CPM efficiency, video completion rate, engagement, and brand lift where applicable. Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies across campaign types to ensure efficient spend and strong performance. Develop creative testing roadmaps that support both brand storytelling and performance efficiency. Leverage A/B testing frameworks to continuously optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations clearly and confidently in client meetings. Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs and measure downstream performance and overall business impact Utilize mobile measurement partners (MMPs) like Branch or AppsFlyer to track attribution and campaign effectiveness Stay current on platform updates, privacy changes, and industry trends, proactively advising clients on opportunities. Directly manage and mentor Analysts, Associates, and Senior Associates across assigned accounts. Conduct regular 1:1s, provide performance feedback, and support career development.
