    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Make a Difference in Military Medicine — Join Our Team as a Registered Triage Nurse!</strong></p>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an exciting opportunity for a <strong>Registered Triage Nurse</strong> supporting the <strong>Dumfries Ambulatory Care Clinic</strong> in Dumfries.</p>\n<p>This is your opportunity to provide meaningful care to <strong>Active Duty service members, retirees, and their families</strong> in a rewarding outpatient environment where patient care comes first.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>Why You'll Love This Opportunity</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexible schedule with <strong>13–14 hour shifts</strong></li>\n <li>Work only <strong>3 days per week</strong> (6:00 AM – 8:00 PM)</li>\n <li>Only <strong>1 Saturday per month</strong> (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)</li>\n <li><strong>No Sundays or on-call responsibilities</strong></li>\n <li><strong>11 paid federal holidays + generous PTO </strong></li>\n <li>Access to full benefits (medical, dental, 401k, etc)</li>\n <li>Collaborative outpatient setting focused on quality patient care</li>\n <li>Opportunity to serve those who serve our country</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Performing patient assessments through interviews and physical evaluations</li>\n <li>Reviewing medical histories and identifying symptom severity</li>\n <li>Monitoring and documenting vital signs</li>\n <li>Initiating emergency interventions when necessary</li>\n <li>Prioritizing patients based on acuity and clinical needs</li>\n <li>Communicating patient conditions effectively with providers and clinical staff</li>\n <li>Educating patients and families on care plans and treatment</li>\n <li>Coordinating patient flow and transport to appropriate treatment areas</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a <strong>U.S. Citizen</strong></li>\n <li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program <strong>or</strong> graduate of an accredited National League of Nursing (NLN) school</li>\n <li>Minimum of <strong>2 years of RN experience preferred</strong> within the last 5 years</li>\n <li>Strong computer proficiency including data entry, EMR systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
