Every day, nurses, physicians, and other medical workers rely on laboratory professionals to perform tests on body fluids and tissue samples, interpret the results and help provide a complete picture of a patient’s health. Without this precise and valuable information, medicine would simply be guesswork.</p><ul><li>Performs clinical laboratory procedures in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunohematology, immunology and other areas of the clinical laboratory</li><li>Utilize state-of-the-art equipment</li><li>Provide accurate and timely test results</li><li>Monitor quality to maintain high performance</li><li>Conduct research and develop new tests and methodologies&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><u>SCHEDULE:</u></p><ul><li>Full time | 72 hours every two weeks&nbsp;</li><li>Monday-Friday | Day and evening shifts | 8-12 hour shifts</li><li>Every 3rd weekend | Friday-Sunday</li><li>Rotating Holidays</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>PAY &amp; BENEFITS:</u></p><ul><li>MLT starting pay begins at $26.22 per hour and increases with experience<ul><li>Pay range:&nbsp; $26.22-39.32 per hour</li></ul></li><li>MLS starting pay begins at $33.15 per hour and increases with experience<ul><li>Pay range:&nbsp; $33.15-49.73 per hour</li></ul></li><li>$10,000 Hiring Bonus or $15,000 Student Loan Repayment! $5,000 Relocation bonus (if applicable)!</li><li>Full time&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https://jobs.centracare.com/us/en/benefits\">benefits</a>: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!</li><li>Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>QUALIFICATIONS:</u></p><p><strong>MLT-</strong></p><ul><li>Associate degree from an accredited Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technician (CLT /&nbsp; MLT) program or other qualifications as outlined by CLIA regulation, section 493.1489 for employees hired before September 1, 1997.</li><li>ASCP-BOC certified within 6 months with first exam completed within 3 months of hire, with certification verified within six weeks of exam</li><li>New graduate’s degree must be validated within 2 months post-graduation</li></ul><p><strong>MLS-</strong></p><ul><li>Baccalaureate degree with necessary science/math credits as required and verified by the ASCP Board of Certification (BOC).</li><li>ASCP-BOC certified within 6 months with first exam completed within 3 months of hire, with certification verified within six weeks of exam</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent, required.</li><li>New graduate’s degree must be validated within 2 months post-graduation&nbsp;</li></ul><p>To be eligible for the hiring bonus, student loan repayment or relocation bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. CentraCare hiring incentives to include but not limited to, hiring and relocation bonuses may be discontinued at any time.&nbsp; Relocation bonus must meet distance requirements.
