In addition to reporting directly to the GC of NCA, the position shall work closely with the NCA Legal Team to implement risk mitigation measures and policies based on legal developments in the US and NCA region. This position shall also be the main NCA Legal Team member coordinating with Compliance on Data Privacy concerns and policies in the region. Key responsibilities: Support GC of NCA on corporate-level litigation matters in region by liaising and coordinating with outside counsel on threatened and active lawsuits and internal document and information requests. Monitor and provide guidance over hotel-level litigation matters, ensuring corporate-level risk exposure and interests are accounted for by the hotel’s efforts. Liaise with Compliance Team over the implementation, maintenance, and review of Data Privacy concerns, considerations, and policies. Update and issue policies and guidance for litigation risk mitigation based on NCA legal developments and reoccurring themes and issue ongoing corporate and hotel-level trainings for litigation and data privacy concerns (the latter, alongside Compliance Team). Assist in preparation and maintenance of litigation trackers and reports, both for material corporate litigation matters and material hotel-level litigation matters. Experience: US-barred attorney with a minimum of 5 years of legal experience A mix of both in-house and firm experience is preferred Experience beyond transactional legal work, with a focus on general commercial legal support, data privacy, and/or compliance-related matters Litigation experience is preferred but not required Hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required  Soft Skills: Highly engaged, curious, and self-motivated professional Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage coordination, tracking, and reporting responsibilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to navigate and help streamline complex organizational structures Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments Salary: $175K + bonus
