    "description": "<p>We are looking for a bilingual, results-driven Data Engineer to join our team and support our customers' database needs, contribute to internal projects, and support data migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management, query optimization, and migration projects. Our core values are Integrity; respect; sound judgment; customer-focused; results driven; giving back.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Key Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with our implementation team on migration projects by assessing a customer’s existing database, designing migration strategies, and developing customized migration programs when necessary to successfully move them to our systems.</li>\n<li>Conduct thorough testing and validation of migration processes to guarantee accuracy and completeness of data transfer.</li>\n<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to address any technical challenges and obstacles that arise on migration projects, including being available during deployment to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance as needed.</li>\n<li>Design and develop high-quality, high-performing SQL queries, views, models, and stored procedures.</li>\n<li>Identify report data requirements by working with end users and create comprehensive technical design specifications for custom-built reports.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with our service team to understand database and query requests, providing expert guidance and support in creating efficient queries.</li>\n<li>Assist in database edits and projects, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.</li>\n<li>Identify and assist with implementing process improvements and best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Proven experience (3 years) working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) – Microsoft SQL Server preferred.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of SQL/TSQL and database query optimization techniques.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with database design, administration, and performance tuning.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex database issues.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of at least 1 programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python) – A Plus.</li>\n<li>Proficient in using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and workflows to efficiently manage and manipulate data.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in English.</li>\n<li>Bright, highly self-motivated, and driven.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.</li>\n<li>Great attention to detail.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong organizational skills.
