Flexible schedules, trust-based workflows, and a supportive team give you everything you need to focus on your best work.<br><br></p>\n<p>🇺🇦 Proudly Ukrainian, Skylum stands with Ukraine through action, regularly supporting organizations that help accelerate our victory.<br><br>We are looking for a Middle User Acquisition Manager to scale Android paid acquisition for Luminar Photo Editor and deliver the annual PPC revenue plan with an average ROAS above 90%.<br><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Who we’re looking for</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and manage the full cycle of Android paid acquisition across Google Ads (UAC), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads with an average annual ROAS &gt; 90%.</li>\n<li>Develop and scale campaigns for the web-to-web acquisition funnels. Reach 15%+ of total PPC mobile revenue.</li>\n<li>Launch and scale TikTok as a full acquisition channel.
