And we will be better with you.</p><p>As a Facilities &amp; Security Supervisor you will lead facility maintenance, support engineering efforts, and help create a safe, efficient, and well-organized environment across a manufacturing site and office spaces. You will also take ownership of site security systems and play a key role in projects that support growth and long-term performance.</p><p>What you’ll do:</p><ul><li>Lead and coordinate daily work for facilities maintenance team members and ensure work is completed to high standards</li><li>Oversee site security systems, including access badges and camera platforms, and coordinate with corporate partners</li><li>Identify safety risks and ensure all safety and environmental practices are consistently followed</li><li>Troubleshoot ongoing building, and equipment issues and implement long term solutions</li><li>Lead facility and infrastructure projects, including planning, vendor coordination, vender contract negotiations and execution</li><li>Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance facility performance and support business growth</li></ul><p><br>What you'll bring:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>Strong facility maintenance experience, ideally within a large site or complex organization</li><li>Experience managing vendors, including contract negotiation and performance oversight</li><li>Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred</li><li>Proven project management ability with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Solid technical knowledge of facility operations, equipment maintenance, and building systems</li><li>Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred</li><li>Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues to root cause and implement effective corrective actions</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and organizational levels</li><li>Familiarity with security platforms such as Genetec, with the ability to support and troubleshoot site security systems</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What you’ll get:</p><ul><li>Opportunity to lead meaningful improvements across a dynamic manufacturing site</li><li>Hands on involvement in projects that impact operations and growth</li><li>Collaborative environment with cross functional teamwork</li><li>Professional development through leadership and technical challenges</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package</li><li>Chance to make a visible impact on safety, efficiency, and workplace quality</li></ul><p><br>About Sensient:</p><p>Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts.
