Working closely with the parts countermen to secure, delivery, and maintain parts inventory.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is not a solo position and relies on a team environment to succeed. If you are new to the workforce this position will help you learn on the job while securing a career at the world’s largest Toyota dealer. This entry level position will help you gain the skills necessary to truly learn how a parts department operates and succeeds.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> Our ideal candidate has great attention to detail, a team player, has excellent communication skills, and approaches every task with a positive attitude. Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $18.00. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*This position is 100% on site at Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Perks of working with us:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekly Pay - get paid every Friday.</li>\n <li>401k with a generous Company match </li>\n <li>Vacation (accruals earned on Full Time or Part Time status)</li>\n <li>Vision, dental, and medical care benefits available to any team <strong>full time</strong> team member</li>\n <li>Team member Referral Bonus Program</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement </li>\n <li>Discounts with Corporate Partners like GE, Dell, Oakley, Yeti, Ray Ban, and many more….</li>\n <li>Development and growth opportunities</li>\n <li>Free Employee Parking</li>\n <li>On-site gym, free of charge to team members </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Pulls and delivers parts to the technicians.</li>\n <li>Picks-up cores and warranty parts from technicians’ stalls.</li>\n <li>Helps with stocking and posting orders when they arrive. </li>\n <li>Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to other dealers’ or/and guest when needed.</li>\n <li>Ensures the golf cart is kept clean.</li>\n <li>Helps shipping and receiving when necessary.</li>\n <li>Operates the forklift when necessary.</li>\n <li>Performs other specific administrative functions as directed by management.</li>\n <li>Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department. </li>\n <li>Maintains professional appearance at all times.</li>\n <li>Maintains high ethical standards in all actions</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid CA Driver’s License and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record. </li>\n <li>A minimum of one 6 months shipping and receiving experience, preferably in a parts department.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of automotive parts; basic mathematical principles (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and percentages) and application. </li>\n <li>Ability to pay attention to detail; follow-up with internal and external guests; read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; read and comprehends instructions and information in the English language; work well with the public; communicate in a professional manner on the phone, Internet and in person; and use standard office equipment.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work Monday-Saturday</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Physical Demands</h1>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
