About EVR

The high-quality steelmaking coal EVR produces is an essential input for steel that can be used for constructing products such as wind turbines and critical infrastructure including rail, bridges, hospitals and schools.
In this role, you will:
Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
Management of the Impact Management and Benefits Agreement (IMBA) workplan to support the activities of the established Indigenous working groups
Monitoring, evaluati ng and reporting on Indigenous agreement performance/activities
Support ing the execution of annual and special IMBA reviews and assistan t in coordinating annual joint working sessions
Public engagement plan ning preparation and execution
Data management and maintenance of social tracking and reporting system ( TrackLine )
Event planning and preparation support
Policy and issue research, report/communications plan preparation
Requirements:
Currently pursing an Undergraduate degree in Social Sciences, Indigenous Studies, Business Administration or Commerce
A valid Class 5 Driver’s License or extra-provincial equivalent, without learner’s restrictions is preferred
Motivated self-starter; able to prioritize work under pressure and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and experience with HR programs/software would be an asset
