In the U.S, WSP was recognized on<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> </span>TIME<span>’</span>s list of the world<span>’</span>s best companies and Fortune<span>’</span>s Change the World list.</p><p>As part of our team, you will have access to an unparalleled network of resources and endless opportunities to collaborate on exciting projects with diverse teammates from across the globe.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Development of instrumentation and control design documents for power generation projects</li><li>Coordination with colleagues in other engineering disciplines on multi-discipline projects</li><li>Coordination with clients, equipment vendors, and contractors on projects</li><li>Provision of instrumentation and control engineering support to clients in the form of developing criteria and specifications for their new power projects, reviewing documents generated by sub-contractors and equipment vendors, monitoring construction progress and responding to questions from construction contractors</li><li>Field commissioning support on project start-up efforts<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering</li><li>7+ years of Power Generation Instrumentation and Controls experience</li><li>Demonstrated effectiveness at coordinating and assertively directing subcontractors and others to consistently complete tasks safely and efficiently.</li><li>Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.</li><li>Must be flexible to a variety of schedules to meet business needs and able to prioritize responsibilities and quickly adapt to change in a pressure work environment.</li><li>Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Previous experience leading a team of engineers is a plus</li><li>Network and SCADA Design</li><li>Experience working in SmartPlant Instrumentation databases</li><li>Professional Engineer Licensure</li><li>Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Visio, Access, etc.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>WSP Benefits:</u></strong></p><p>WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.
