          "text": "<p><strong>Production Associate 3</strong></p><p><strong>JOB DETAILS</strong></p><p><strong>Base Pay: $18.25 per hour</strong></p><p><strong>1st Shift: 6:45 am - 3:15 pm</strong></p><p>The <strong>Glass Optimizer</strong> is responsible for the cutting and organizing of glass to be processed into insulated glass units. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands.</p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Select proper glass batch on Optimizer Table computer</li><li>Consistently hold cycle time</li><li>Assist in movement of carts in and out of production work area&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Communicate quality issues or mechanical issues observed</li><li>Complete quality checks</li><li>Constantly observe quality of IG units</li><li>Break scored glass and place into corresponding slots on glass cart</li><li>Drop needed glass sheets on table without autopickers</li></ul>",
