Our newest division, water restoration, is growing quickly, and we are adding additional technicians.  We have an opening for a <strong>Water Monitoring Technician</strong>.  This is for a<strong> full-time position</strong> at our Austin, Texas branch.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Arrive at customer site as scheduled</li>\n <li>Inspect site and present solutions to the customer</li>\n <li>Complete the project utilizing all safety guidelines provided by Roto-Rooter Services Company</li>\n <li>Complete the project in established time frame </li>\n <li>Ensure the project is complete to the customer’s satisfaction </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Service technician experience preferably in the restoration industry</li>\n <li>Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers</li>\n <li>Able to work in a fast paced environment </li>\n <li>Clean driving record and pass background check</li>\n <li>IICRC Certification a PLUS!</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>At Roto-Rooter we believe our greatest investment is in our employees.
