Our creative and talented team of over 2000 people across every corner of the world, help us remain the global leader in protective paints and coatings for both home and industry.</p><p>Here's what you can expect:</p><ul><li>Prepare samples, using various lab equipment and following detailed instructions provided by manager, performing standard tests and evaluations of samples, and following established methods and procedures including color evaluation on the color computer. Monitor product quality to ensure compliance to standards and specifications.</li><li>Maintaining accurate and thorough records of observation and results, communicating them verbally and in reports requested by supervisor, and monitoring test fences.</li><li>Compile results of tests and analyses.</li><li>Set up and conduct experiments, tests, and analyses using standard paint test procedures and physical and chemical techniques.</li><li>Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests.</li><li>Provide and maintain a safe work environment by participating in safety programs, committees, or teams, and by conducting laboratory and plant safety audits.</li><li>Prepare paint batches for products and following standardized formulas, or create experimental formulas.</li><li>Preform lab&nbsp;support activities which may include routine maintenance or upkeep of equipment and lab areas.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Work schedule: Days 5:45AM-4:15PM (Monday-Thursday)</p><p>Pay: $24-$27 per hour</p><div style=\"margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em;\"><strong>From big benefits to small, we take care of our associates!</strong>&nbsp; After 30 days of employment, you will be eligible for a benefits package that includes medical, dental, life, disability and business travel insurance, flexible spending accounts, EAP, stock purchases and vacation/sick days/parental leave.&nbsp;We also offer a 401(k) plan after three months of employment.
