You play a key role in preparing monthly and annual closings, financial reporting, and compliance - with a specific focus on SaaS-specific revenue recognition (ARR/MRR) and IFRS 15 / subscription accounting.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You will be responsible for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Process and review financial transactions in the general ledger. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage and reconcile intercompany accounts, bank transactions, and accounts receivable/payable. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Apply revenue recognition principles for subscriptions and contracts (Dutch GAAP). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Review invoicing processes and collaborate with Customer Success / Sales Operations to ensure correct revenue recognition. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support internal and external audits. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to process improvements and automation of financial workflows (e.g., via Zenvoices, Stripe, or Adyen). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist the Head of Finance with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Skills &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Economics. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong communication skills in English (and Dutch is a plus).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a SaaS or software environment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with month-end and year-end closing (Dutch GAAP standards is a plus)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with South African Tax Law</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of subscription accounting, deferred revenue, and ARR/MRR analysis is a strong plus. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with financial systems and ERPs (e.g., Basecone, Zenvoices, Twinfield, AFAS, or similar).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
