          "text": "<p>Reporting to the&#xa0;Manager – Employee Relations and Compliance, the Employee Relations Business Partner – Retail Stores&#xa0;West&#xa0;will lead all employee relations investigations across our&#xa0;West&#xa0;U.S. store fleet and in doing so will ensure our Vuori culture is thriving. You will contribute to building employee relations initiatives that are focused on our retail stores team members' experience at Vuori. This position plays an integral role in the health and success of the organization by collaborating with key cross functional business leaders to identify, develop, and implement employee experience strategies that meet the needs of the business and ensure we are true to our values including being in great relationships. This includes developing a deep understanding of the business and our People and Culture strategy.&#xa0;</p><p>This role will&#xa0;be to partner&#xa0;with our Retail Store leaders, our People and Culture team, and our Legal team to develop our employee&#xa0;relations-related&#xa0;strategies.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What you'll get to do:</strong></p><ul><li>Be a thought partner to Retail Stores leadership and team members and&#xa0;demonstrate&#xa0;success in assessing organizational health of our stores fleet, with a focus on strengthening employee relations, coaching, performance management, and promoting engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.&#xa0;</li><li>Lead all employee relations investigations, engaging with People and Culture Business Partners as needed, and&#xa0;identifying&#xa0;trends and themes related to organizational health of teams&#xa0;</li><li>Diagnose opportunities, identify&#xa0;appropriate solutions, and areas to build leadership capabilities&#xa0;regarding&#xa0;issues and concerns raised in the stores, delivering practical, efficient solutions that uphold Vuori’s commitment to its policies and values.&#xa0;</li><li>Prioritize effectively&#xa0;delivering&#xa0;results both as a strategic partner and a fully embedded Employee Relations subject matter expert with the store teams you support.&#xa0;</li><li>Investigate all inquiries that come through our Ethics Hotline and ensure the&#xa0;timely&#xa0;communication of issues to the&#xa0;appropriate partners&#xa0;across the business.&#xa0;</li><li>Provide subject matter&#xa0;expertise&#xa0;to employees and leaders in the areas of employee relations, our employee handbook, Code of Conduct, and engagement strategy.&#xa0;</li><li>Work closely with People and Culture Business Partners – Retail Stores and the Generalists to align with and support efforts to develop a high-performing, highly engaged, diverse workforce through training, coaching, mentorship, and performance management.&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain awareness of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, partnering with Vuori’s Legal Department as needed and&#xa0;advising&#xa0;the business on&#xa0;appropriate actions&#xa0;to ensure compliance with applicable laws and fair, consistent application of Vuori policies.&#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate closely with leadership to execute, implement, and manage employee relations issues and ensure they are consistent with the directives, strategy, and policies of Vuori.&#xa0;</li><li>Evaluate and analyze trends within the Stores employee population as it pertains to employee satisfaction, commitment, and overall employee engagement. Anticipate and advise stakeholders on the impact that strategic or operational decisions will have upon employee relations, employee&#xa0;satisfaction&#xa0;and morale - makes recommendations to drive engagement, employee&#xa0;relations&#xa0;and communication.&#xa0;</li><li>In partnership with our People and Culture Business Partners, creates and maintains effective communication plans to ensure the employee population is well informed of impactful changes, strategies, initiatives, etc., as well as two-way communication so that leadership has a consistent and accurate assessment on the pulse of the employee population.&#xa0;</li><li>Role model Vuori’s culture, values, and behaviors amongst the teams you support.&#xa0;</li><li>Contribute to the creation and implementation of People &amp; Culture initiatives.&#xa0;</li><li>Identify&#xa0;ways to&#xa0;utilize&#xa0;available data that will be most impactful to our store’s teams and influence business leaders.&#xa0;</li><li>Contribute to creating and implementing standards for recording employee relations issues and investigations&#xa0;</li><li>Maintaining and updating People and Culture related policies and procedures in our Employee Handbook and communication to stores.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
