    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "Material Handler I Position Summary\n<p>The Material Handler I is responsible for supporting production operations through the safe movement, storage, staging, and handling of raw materials and finished goods. This role plays a critical part in maintaining material flow throughout the facility to ensure efficient production operations.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have experience operating stand-up electric forklifts in a manufacturing or production environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.</p>Primary Responsibilities\n<ul>\n <li>Operate stand-up electric forklifts to transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.</li>\n <li>Review and monitor production supplies, including stretch wrap, boxes, trays, colorant, pallets, and other materials.</li>\n <li>Ensure production machines have sufficient material and colorant to support continuous operation.</li>\n <li>Remove completed pallets and finished products from production lines.</li>\n <li>Stretch wrap, label, and stage finished pallets for storage or shipment.</li>\n <li>Utilize pallet jacks and material handling equipment as needed.</li>\n <li>Move finished goods to designated hold or staging locations using RF scanning equipment.</li>\n <li>Inspect forklifts before use and complete required equipment inspections.</li>\n <li>Maintain forklift charging and equalization procedures for electric equipment.</li>\n <li>Transport scrap materials to designated recycling or grinding areas.</li>\n <li>Assist with material changes, color changes, and production preparation activities.</li>\n <li>Maintain clean and organized work areas, including removal of cardboard, pallets, and production waste.</li>\n <li>Support inventory accuracy and material tracking activities.</li>\n <li>Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>Minimum Qualifications\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience operating stand-up electric forklifts strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>1 to 2 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Basic reading, writing, and math skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.</li>\n</ul>Preferred Qualifications\n<ul>\n <li>Previous manufacturing or plastics production experience.</li>\n <li>RF scanner experience.</li>\n <li>Forklift certification.</li>\n <li>Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.</li>\n</ul>Ideal Backgrounds\n<p>Candidates with experience as a:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Material Handler</li>\n <li>Forklift Operator</li>\n <li>Warehouse Associate</li>\n <li>Production Material Handler</li>\n <li>Shipping &amp; Receiving Associate</li>\n <li>Manufacturing Associate</li>\n <li>Inventory Associate</li>\n</ul>Key Skills\n<ul>\n <li>Stand-Up Electric Forklift Operation</li>\n <li>Material Movement</li>\n <li>Inventory Control</li>\n <li>RF Scanner Usage</li>\n <li>Production Support</li>\n <li>Safety Awareness</li>\n <li>Teamwork</li>\n <li>Attention to Detail</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
