    "description": "<h2>Position Scope</h2>\n<p>NACG is looking for Finish Dozer Operators to work on a remote mining site in the Fort McMurray area. You must be well-organized and favor safety above everything else.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Site:</strong> Syncrude-Aurora</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 14x7 - 12 hours (paid for 12 hours) Days only</p>\n<p><strong>Accommodations:</strong> Camp not provided</p>\n<p><strong>Transportation:</strong> Bussing provided from Fort McMurray to site (before and after shifts)</p>\n<p><strong>Overtime:</strong> Provided after 8 hours a day or 44 hours a week</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be required to join the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 955. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>What’s In It for You?</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Benefits are important and we offer lots!</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Up to a combined rate of pay of <strong>$54.86</strong>/hour</li>\n <li>$33/day travel allowance</li>\n <li>Vacation and Statutory Holiday pay allocated to each paycheck</li>\n <li>Paid weekly </li>\n <li>Membership with one of the largest IUOE locals in North America </li>\n <li>Benefits and pension after 400 hours worked, including medical and dental benefits</li>\n <li>Transportation to and from site, save on gas expenses!</li>\n <li>PPE provided, just bring your own CSA certified steel toed boots</li>\n <li>Room for growth and future advancements</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Finish Dozer Operator on a civil type project.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Finish Dozer Operator on a civil type project.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Ability to execute a high tolerance construction scope with final grade</p>\n<h2>Summary</h2>\n<p>All successful candidates must:</p>\n<li>Be proficient in English, both verbally and written</li>\n<li>Have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License </li>\n<li>Have experience as requested as mentioned above</li>\n<li>Subject to Random Testing at: Suncor, Suncor Fort Hills and Kearl sites</li>\n<li>Undergo and successfully pass the following testing:</li>\n<ul>\n <li>Breath Alcohol Test</li>\n <li>Urine Drug Test</li>\n <li>Fitness-to-Work Assessment</li>\n <li>Audiometric Testing</li>\n <li>Vision Screening</li>\n <li>Criminal Record Check</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Shift, site, and start times are subject to change.</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All successful candidates <strong>MUST</strong> provide the following items prior to confirmation of their start date:</p>\n<li>CSO or BSO, Field Ergonomics, Silica Awareness, Hydrogen Sulfuide Awareness, OHS, Wood Buffalo Wildelife Awareness Certifications</li>\n<li>Copy of Valid Class 5 Driver’s License</li>\n<li>Copy of recent Driver’s Abstract</li>\n<li>VOID cheque/direct deposit form</li>\n<p>Once dispatched the following processes will occur:</p>\n<li>Will receive a call from NACG to set up all required pre-employment testing</li>\n<li>An email will be sent with all required New Hire Paperwork to be filled out</li>\n<li>After all results are received by NACG candidates will be contacted by Site Admin to schedule orientation and confirm your start date and other site specific details.</li>\n<p><strong><em>Please note the entire On-boarding process can take anywhere from 3-8 business days.</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE, SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED VIA PHONE OR EMAIL.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>North American Construction Group (NACG) has served as an industry leader in the heavy construction and mining industries for over 65 years.
