    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>All Source Analyst</strong> to join our team at <strong>Joint Base Langley-Eustis</strong>, supporting <strong>Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2)</strong>.  The All-Source Analyst will provide advanced intelligence analysis, fusion, and tradecraft support to ACC staff and subordinate units to help solve complex problems for warfighters worldwide. This role requires expertise in integrating and analyzing data from multiple intelligence sources to deliver strategic level insights that support subordinate mission objectives. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct <strong>Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis</strong> and <strong>Multi-Int Fusion</strong> to support operational and strategic decision-making. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform <strong>analytical tradecraft support</strong>, including the development of intelligence products, and comprehensive analysis for ISR problem sets to support subordinate units.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Guide and direct</strong> the multi-discipline ISR collection management activities supporting the organizational mission. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Monitor organizational compliance</strong> and responsiveness to multi-discipline intelligence requirements, standards, and Wing customer Requests for Information (RFI)/support. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide executive-level oversight by validating and enforcing standardized procedural instructions across the ISR enterprise. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Draft/staff guidance, identify gaps in current policies or architectures (CONOPS/TTPs), and research new analytic outreach opportunities to strengthen the Air Force's role within the Intelligence Community. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel may be required (Up to 15%)   </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience Level:</strong> Minimum of 16 years w/o a degree ot 14 years with AS/AA or 12 years with BS/BA or 10 years with MS/MA or 7 years with Phd.</li>\n <li>DDO 8140 compliance based on DCWF code 311 basic level</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in <strong>Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis</strong> and <strong>Multi-Int Fusion</strong>.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of ACC/A2 role in organizing, training, and equipping subordinate units.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience at Air Force Major Command (MAJCOM) Intelligence Directorate  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of ISR targeting development, Distribution of Forces (DOF) analysis, and operational-level intelligence planning. </li>\n <li>Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government <strong>all-source analysis training course</strong> or specialized intelligence certification. </li>\n <li>Proficiency with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies. </li>\n <li><strong>Desired Level:</strong> Masters Degree and 15 plus years or have a bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be part of a mission-critical team supporting the <strong>U.S. Air Force's ISR operations</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment at <strong>JBLE</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to professional development opportunities and career growth within the intelligence community. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>#AFACC</p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
