      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li>\n<li>8–10+ years of <strong>full-stack engineering</strong>&nbsp;experience, including technical leadership in healthcare.</li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-changing environments, experience in start ups.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.</li>\n<li>Experience successfully working with remote and distributed teams.</li>\n<li>Proficient in designing robust&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>APIs&nbsp;</strong>and experience developing&nbsp;<strong>secure, distributed microservices.</strong></li>\n<li>Strong expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and services like EC2, Lambda, S3, Docker, ECS, elastic etc.</li>\n<li>Extensive experience in software development using modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience on as GitLab.</li>\n<li>Experience in designing and deploying microservices and containerized applications using Docker.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills</li>\n"
