Having successfully built market leaders in filtration, medical, safety, instruments, heat transfer, and indoor air quality, Madison generates revenue of $5 billion, with an enterprise value worth well over $7 billion.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Has the ability and proficiency to setup and operate machines.</li>\n <li>Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.</li>\n <li>Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement solutions.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records of production, including quantities produced, machine settings and any issues encountered.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform work at process speed and/or standard rates.</li>\n <li>Advises supervisor with any problems with tools, equipment, fixtures, materials, or setup operator.</li>\n <li>Maintains daily product and scrap records.</li>\n <li>Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Production Manager.</li>\n <li>Keeps work station and surrounding area clean.</li>\n <li>Maintain all assigned tools.</li>\n <li>Any other duties are required by management</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Must have 2 years of manufacturing experience at same location.</li>\n   <li>Mechanically inclined or ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment.</li>\n   <li>Perform routine maintenance on machines including cleaning and lubricating machines.</li>\n   <li>Must be willing to be cross trained on multiple roles.</li>\n   <li>Must be able to read, write, and count.</li>\n   <li>Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in production.</li>\n   <li>Good hand eye coordination.
