The selected candidate will utilize advanced **data architecture methodologies** to design and maintain relational databases and support data-driven decision-making processes. Additionally, they will apply data systems expertise to provide actionable insights into trends, address operational challenges, and support federal initiatives.  </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Design and manage databases</strong> to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and reporting.</li>\n <li>Develop and implement <strong>strategies for data acquisition, integration, and recovery</strong> to support organizational needs.</li>\n <li>Translate business needs into <strong>long-term data architecture solutions</strong> and operate in a data warehouse environment.</li>\n <li>Analyze data to uncover <strong>trends, patterns, and insights</strong> that drive decision-making and address operational challenges.</li>\n <li>Evaluate and integrate <strong>hardware/software platforms</strong> while optimizing data models, systems, and workflows.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following: </p>\n<p>- Bachelor's Degree in **Data Science, Information Computer Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field of study. </p>\n<p>- Active Secret clearance** (preferred) or ability to obtain one (required). </p>\n<p>- Proven experience in database design, data management, and analytics.  </p>\n<p>- Preferred experience with Python and SQL</p>\n<p>- Experience working within data tools.  </p>\n<p>- Proficiency in designing dimensional data dashboards and advanced object/data modeling.  </p>\n<p>- Exceptional **analytical and problem-solving** skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable, strategic insights.  </p>\n<p>- Knowledge of USTRANSCOM and relevant objectives/goals.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Preferred Skills and Characteristics:  </p>\n<p>- Experience with **data visualization** and reporting tools to communicate insights visually. </p>\n<p>- Experience working with a data warehouse environment preferred.  </p>\n<p>- Proficiency in designing dimensional databases and advanced object/data modeling. </p>\n<p>- 8+ Years of experience</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Target salary range: $76390.24 - $130605.48</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Disclaimer: The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
