    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Location: Accuseal Houston, TX<br>Shift Days/Hours: 1st shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.<br><br><strong>POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:</strong></p><p>To Prep billets on a lathe for the CNC department.</p><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p><p><em>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the Essential functions.</em></p><ul><li>Set up a machine to Prep the billets on the face, and groove, turn down O.D and I.D.</li><li>Control inventory.</li><li>Inspect goods.</li><li>Implement and practice Lean Manufacturing tools including 5S, to increase productivity, and eliminate waste.</li><li>Assist in cross-training.</li><li>Maintain a 5S checklist as it applies to your work area.</li><li>Perform other related duties assigned by the lead or supervisor.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to learn basic computer skills.</li><li>Must be able to use measuring devices.</li><li>Must follow company safety procedures at all times.</li><li>Must have average reading, writing, and mathematical skills.</li><li>Must be able to visually inspect materials.</li><li>Must be able to work in an environment with various temperatures.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Education and Experience:</strong></p><p>High&nbsp;school&nbsp;diploma&nbsp;or&nbsp;equivalent.</p><p>Must have 6 months to 1 year of work-related experience or be qualified by certification.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p>This job operates in an office and manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses tools and other such equipment during the course of the job duties. &nbsp;Provided Personal Protective Equipment, as well as steel-toed boots or shoes, must be worn at all times.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><ul><li>Moderate walking and climbing</li><li>Physically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit, and stoop</li><li>Regular, predictable attendance is required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work</strong></p><p>This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.</p><p>Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.</p></div></div>\n",
