          "text": "<p>Observe gaming and non-gaming activity by monitoring electronic surveillance&#xa0;<br>\nequipment to ensure compliance with applicable laws, procedures, regulations and rules&#xa0;<br>\nand protect company assets from illegal or questionable activities.&#xa0;Responsible for the efficient operations of the surveillance department during assigned&#xa0;shift. Protect company assets by observing gaming and non-gaming activities to ensure&#xa0;safety, integrity, security and company policies and procedures are followed.</p><ul><li>Observe, document and report any variances to the company, internal controls,&#xa0;</li><li>money handling activity and state gaming regulations.&#xa0;</li><li>Complete daily audits of department activity, duty logs and cooperate with&#xa0;departments during investigations.</li><li>Possess a thorough knowledge of all table games and gaming functions.</li><li>&#xa0;Respond immediately to any activities that appear unusual or suspicious.&#xa0;</li><li>&#xa0;Detect cheating, theft, embezzlement, illegal activities and procedure/policy&#xa0;<br>\nviolations in all areas of responsibility</li><li>Prepare reports and/or verbalize the occurrence of unusual activities to the&#xa0;<br>\nSurveillance Manager, Director and/or department heads as required.</li><li>Compile and maintain evidence to assist the property or BGC in any legal actions,&#xa0;</li><li>employment matters and/or arbitration/grievance proceedings that may arise.</li><li>&#xa0;Know how to operate all equipment used by the Surveillance Department and&#xa0;utilize them to their fullest capacity.</li><li>&#xa0;Review coverage completed by agents and have additional coverage added when&#xa0;needed.</li><li>&#xa0;Assign task to agents to agents on a daily basis when needed.</li><li>&#xa0;Train, coach, discipline, supervise and handle scheduling of department employees.</li><li>&#xa0;Miscellaneous duties as assigned</li></ul>",
