This position offers flexibility in the candidate&rsquo;s location, and we offer a hybrid work schedule. This position is open in our Buffalo, Williamsville, Syracuse, Rochester, and Albany, NY offices. Our corporate headquarters is in Williamsville, NY.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This role would include responsibilities as a &ldquo;doer/seller&rdquo; to lead and direct the development of water and wastewater infrastructure projects as a client facing manager.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as Lead Senior Engineer on medium to large scale multi-discipline design and construction project efforts for water/wastewater projects which would include design leader, QA/QC reviewer, quality assurance, and technical advisor.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support project management staff with inter/intradisciplinary coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and resources to meet project timeline and budget compliance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mentor mid/junior engineering and technical staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working as a lead client contact to identify needs, provide solutions, and lead the growth of client relationships and business development.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leading teams during the marketing and proposal phase of the project. This would include proposal writing, presentation, scope development, and budget development for water and wastewater projects.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering or related fields is required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">PE is preferred; experience and background will be considered in place of licensing.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience in the water or wastewater discipline, with a water treatment design focus preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with hydraulics, municipal water and wastewater treatment plant design, process instrumentation and controls.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong management, seller/doer, and leadership skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous experience working with municipalities and grant funding agencies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Candidate must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and be available to travel to job sites and client meetings.
