This dual-role professional will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality restoration work. Ideal candidates will have experience in property restoration, insurance claims, construction estimating, and project management.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<p>Project Management:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and supervise all phases of reconstruction projects, from planning to completion.</li>\n<li>Manage labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain project schedules and adjust as needed based on job site conditions.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Communicate consistently with clients, adjusters, vendors, and internal teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Documentation &amp; Compliance:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and daily reports.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and local regulations.</li>\n<li>Track project costs, timelines, and profitability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience (5+ years) in restoration, reconstruction, or general contracting.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Xactimate, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.</li>\n<li>IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) are a plus.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and navigate job sites.</li>\n<li>Willingness to work in environments affected by water, fire, or mold damage.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Schedule &amp; Compensation:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time position; hours may vary based on project needs.</li>\n<li>Competitive salary with performance bonuses.</li>\n<li>Benefits may include health insurance, PTO and company vehicle.</li>\n</ul>",
