You will turn complex, fast-moving underwriting strategies into precise, scalable, production-ready technology, and lead the delivery team of analysts and engineers that makes it all happen.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This isn’t a role where you’ll be asked to maintain the status quo. You will sit at the intersection of data science, credit risk strategy, and software engineering, with authority and resources to make decisive, lasting change. Diversity has made us the entrepreneurial and innovative company that we are today.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years leading software engineering and delivery organizations in credit, financial services, or decisioning environments.</li>\n <li>Experience in modern development practices and in guiding teams through organizational and technical changes: new frameworks, automation, quality standards, development practices, and technologies.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with enterprise decision engine software such as Experian PowerCurve, Equifax InterConnect, or comparable platforms, and with integrated business logic.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with enterprise data and analytics tools such as SQL Server, Databricks, CosmosDB, and REST API architecture, JSON/XML data structures, and modern integration patterns at enterprise scale.
