Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County is seeking highly motivated Youth Development Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with youth and will be responsible for branch programming, youth program quality and branch operations. This is a part-time hourly position working with small to large groups of youth. The Club Experience, provides over 31,000 youth each year with a safe, positive environment, supportive relationships, and opportunities to build the courage to dream.
