Our mission is to provide an exceptional employee experience, award-winning customer service, long-term value to our investors, and enhance our local communities.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Housekeeper/Room Attendant</strong><strong> - </strong><strong>Strata Luxury Apartment Homes</strong><strong> </strong><strong>(a premier class A 311-unit mid-rise community located in the vibrant Knox-Henderson neighborhood) – Dallas, TX</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We are proud to have been voted by our employees as a 2024 - 2026 USA Best Workplace in </strong><strong>USA TODAY</strong><strong>, as a 2023 and 2025 top company to work for by </strong><strong>The Dallas Morning News</strong><strong>, and as a 2024 and 2025 Top 15 workplace in the </strong><strong>Real Estate Industry</strong><strong>!</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performing vacant cleans as scheduled</li>\n <li>Performing cleaning services as scheduled</li>\n <li>Maintaining cleanliness of laundry rooms, warehouse, and any additional common areas as directed by Supervisor</li>\n <li>Performing cleaning of the office</li>\n <li>Reporting service requests needed on apartments</li>\n <li>Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and housewares</li>\n <li>Maintaining proper utility settings in vacant units per community standards</li>\n <li>Performing all other duties logged on the make ready board</li>\n <li>Delivering of envelopes, receipts and special request items as necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>0 to 1 years of practical experience with demonstration of required skills as a housekeeper</li>\n <li>Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry working as a housekeeper, room attendant, or house attendant is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What Simpson Can Offer You:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As an industry leader, we understand what it takes to be successful in today’s competitive marketplace.
