The company is looking for a practical, team-oriented leader who communicates well, follows through, and takes pride in running an organized and productive shop environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Be Doing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and coordinate daily workflow and production schedules of each workstation within the fabrication department</li>\n<li>Help manage priorities and workload across fabrication workstations</li>\n<li>Coordinate production schedules and requirements for 2nd shift fabrication employees as needed</li>\n<li>Support and maintain fabrication quality standards and measurements</li>\n<li>Work alongside HR and management to implement and reinforce shop safety procedures and expectations</li>\n<li>Assist with employee coaching, training, development, and performance feedback</li>\n<li>Help identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency</li>\n<li>Coordinate with purchasing and inventory personnel to support material availability and production timelines</li>\n<li>Facilitate communication and departmental meetings as needed across shop teams </li>\n<li>Help maintain organization, productivity, and accountability throughout the fabrication department</li>\n<li>Help ensure material inventories and needs are upheld throughout fabrication operations<br></li>\n<li>Assist wherever needed to help keep projects and production moving forward</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What They're Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Previous fabrication, manufacturing, or shop supervision experience preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong leadership and communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Hands-on mindset with willingness to support the team wherever needed</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and follow-through</span></li>\n<li><span>Dependable, organized, and accountable</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to coach employees, provide direction, and support team development</span></li>\n<li><span>Comfortable working in an active manufacturing and fabrication environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience working around structural steel, fabrication equipment, welding operations, or industrial manufacturing environments is highly preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical &amp; Work Environment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift</span></li>\n<li><span>Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and lifting</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and assist with heavier materials when needed</span></li>\n<li><span>Work performed in a manufacturing/shop environment around moving equipment and machinery</span></li>\n<li><span>Moderate noise levels and physically active work environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-Time | 1st Shift <span>hours | Monday – Thursday (or Friday) | 5 AM (or 6 AM) to 3:30 pm</span></li>\n<li>Additional schedule flexibility may occasionally be needed to support production and second shift coordination</li>\n<li>This is a fully on-site role; remote work is not available</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li>\n<li>Benefits package available</li>\n<li>Paid time off and holidays</li>\n<li>Long-term growth opportunity</li>\n<li>Stable, team-oriented work environment</li>\n</ul>",
