    "description": "<p>Seeking a Construction Estimator for a construction company in the Chambersburg PA area.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Essential Functions of the Job:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide quotes for potential work in the construction field <br></li>\n<li>Looking for a very detailed person who can learn this industries specific software that quotes are generated in</li>\n<li>Person would also assist with finding jobs and jobsites/websites in which jobs are posted for bid purposes</li>\n<li>Review all completed jobs to determine accuracy of quotes and ensure profitability targets are hit</li>\n<li>Follow-up with GC's and other personnel about any questions on quotes</li>\n<li>Put all information about new potential jobs in computer system in the event company is awarded the job</li>\n<li>Help with scheduling of actual jobs that bids are awarded<br></li>\n<li>Assist with some Project Management </li>\n<li>Review work when done to ensure quotes were good and hitting needed margins on front end</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Desired Education/Qualities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Someone with previous construction estimating experience preferred</li>\n<li>Person must be a very detailed oriented person</li>\n<li>Prefer someone who is very good with numbers</li>\n<li>Need a highly organized, self motivated individual for this position</li>\n<li>Position would work out of Chambersburg PA office</li>\n</ul>",
