Park6 Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, client meetings, promotional activities, and company initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and helping create engaging and successful events.
The Events Assistant will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure every event is executed efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and promotional activities. Coordinate event schedules, logistics, and vendor communications. Support venue selection, setup arrangements, and event preparation. Track event budgets, materials, and inventory as needed. Prepare event documentation, reports, and administrative records. Communicate with clients, partners, and attendees regarding event details. Assist with on-site event operations and provide support during event activities. Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Collaborate with team members to improve event processes and experiences.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Professional and customer-focused approach. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
