The successful candidate shall be responsible for conducting online sessions on “Chemistry” and engaging the students during the sessions and helping them prepare for the exams.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct online sessions for students through Nagwa Classes application according to MoE curriculum to support the learning process</li><li>Run engagement activities to ensure efficient learning outcomes and communicate with students before and after the sessions through Nagwa Classes</li><li>Follow up on the student’s progress through the assignments sent after each session through Nagwa Classes to ensure that the learning outcomes are reached</li><li>Provide students with constructive feedback to help students develop their skills and subject knowledge to improve learning outcomes</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Work Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline</li><li>Ability to collect, interpret, and summarize data</li><li>2-4 years of relevant teaching experience </li><li>Experience in differentiated instruction to deliver different learning needs and styles</li><li>Previous online tutoring is a plus</li><li>Proficient in Arabic</li><li>Intermediate in English (or language of the subject)</li><li>Having a laptop or desktop computer is a must</li></ul><p><strong>Behavioural Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication skills in verbal and written</li><li>Leadership skills</li><li>Time Management</li><li>Accountability and ownership</li><li>Problem Solving</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul>",
