    "description": "<p>As a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Kaitātaki </em>(Team Leader)</span>, you’ll lead a team of <em>Kaiawhina </em>(Support Workers) to provide high-quality, culturally grounded support to <em>tāngata whaiora</em> (people we support).
