    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Structure Tone, part of the STO Building Group, is looking to hire an experienced Senior MEP Superintendent to support our &nbsp;projects in the New Jersey region. The Superintendent is responsible for the timely and cost-effective<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> </span>field coordination, quality control and<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> </span>day-to-day<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> </span>supervision of subcontracted work forces for construction projects.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include but not limited to:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Prepares the project schedule, maintains reports accurately describing project status&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for the timely and cost-effective<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> </span>field coordination, quality control and<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> </span>day-to-day<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> </span>supervision of subcontracted work forces for construction projects&nbsp;</li><li>Reviews status and project progress with the Project Manager and client representatives on a regular basis.
