This remote field position focuses on store resets, planogram execution, product placement, and ensuring merchandising standards are met across multiple stores.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay rate: $16/hr</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete store resets, planograms (POGs), and merchandising projects across assigned locations</li>\n <li>Stock, rotate, and organize products to meet company standards</li>\n <li>Move fixtures, materials, and merchandise as needed for resets or store projects</li>\n <li>Travel extensively throughout AZ and West Texas/El Paso (including occasional overnight travel)</li>\n <li>Maintain clean, organized, and shelf‑ready store areas</li>\n <li>Work independently while managing daily/weekly store routes and deadlines</li>\n <li>Communicate professionally with store managers and team members in person, by email, and by phone</li>\n <li>Use Microsoft Office and mobile apps for reporting, photos, surveys, and merchandising documentation</li>\n <li>Uphold GPM safety and merchandising standards at all times</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 1 year merchandising experience in a retail environment (required)</li>\n <li>Ability to read, understand, and execute planograms (POG)accurately (required)</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license + insured, reliable personal vehicle (required)</li>\n <li>Ability to lift/move 30–50 lbs, handle materials, and assist with fixtures</li>\n <li>Strong time‑management and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Comfortable traveling frequently; flexible with occasional overnight travel</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to complete tasks on a phone/tablet</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Ideal candidates live in West Texas, El Paso TX, or Phoenix AZ</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
