    "ShortDescriptionStr": "Under the direction of the Supervisor, The Cleaning Lead will perform cleaning tasks and will be responsible for coordinating and communicating staff rotations, training lower skilled cleaners, and ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with site standards. This role acts as point of contact between cleaning technicians, site management, and engineering teams, and supports the Supervisor by tracking and reporting on shift quality, productivity, and schedule adherence.\n\nEmployees in this role are required to always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed for the task and environment.
