Proven quality and trustworthy performance have established widespread confidence in the HORIBA Brand.</p><p>Our organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Compliance specialist to join our shared services compliance team. Our ideal candidate is a professional of high ethical standards who will help the company stay on a lawful and ethical course. This position works closely with Legal Affairs and HR departments:</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Keep abreast of external and internal regulatory developments, and best practices in compliance control, and provide guidance on compliance matters.</li><li>Analyze business systems to assess compliance with regulations and ethical standards.</li><li>Develop and/or improve compliance control systems, policies, and procedures within legal and ethical guidelines.</li><li>Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on process improvements so that operations are in line with policies and outside regulations.</li><li>Advise business teams and leadership on relevant regulatory changes that impact current operations or future business.</li><li>Conduct audits and assessments.</li><li>Design/organize compliance updates and training.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Prior experience in the areas of business regulatory compliance, risk management and best practices, particularly in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to quickly grasp industry and existing business processes and regulatory frameworks.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and conflict management skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li><li>High level of proficiency with Microsoft 365 / Office Suite programs.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business management or administration, legal studies, project management or a similar field of study or equivalent experience. Additional certifications in the field of compliance are a plus.</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Compensation Package:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Qualified candidates can expect to earn between $31.00 to $39.00 per hour, depending on experience.
