font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">OEM policy and administration</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Thorough understanding of dealership and OEM KPIs</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Knowledge and expertise and department absorption and P&amp;L</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for profit management - must examine department financial statements, including expenses and revenue, to ensure the department's profitability </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain a culture that values excellent customer service through effective training, supervision, coaching and talent management   </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Review and implement Service Centre policies and procedures that improve the customer experience through high quality service and rapport building </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop and implement a long-term strategy and action plan to attract and retain customers </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Understand and maintain warranty platforms<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ordering parts with company and OEM guidelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of parts pricing procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Understand and maintain warranty platforms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Establish and maintain good relationships with wholesale customers  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Professionally and effectively resolve customer and employee complaints and concerns </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and all other workplace regulations and policies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee multiple Service and Parts departments and ensure that the parts department is properly staffed, providing coverage during all scheduled business hours</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain an active parts and accessories inventory with appropriate days of supply, minimizing obsolescence and improving turnover rates </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop and grow external (CP/W) parts and accessories sales including wholesale accounts </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Ensure compliance with 401 and OEM policies and procedures such as to maintain accurate warranty 10 bin, clean and presentable merchandising areas including parts storage. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction <br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Report any non-compliant issues directly and immediately to the management </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Manage cash and credit/debit receipts per company policy </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage the PBS system and ensure that all parts orders are properly received, tracked, stored, and invoiced accurately </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Perform physical inventory counts as required which may be required during off business hours </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Other duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring to the Table:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">12 Grade Diploma or equivalent</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum </span>5 years Progressive Management experience in the automotive industry    </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">G Driver's license and a clean driver's abstract</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of automotive parts  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills   </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
