As an <strong>Environmental Specialist</strong>, you will partner across the site to strengthen compliance, prevent risk, and foster a culture where people and the environment are protected and valued. Your work will directly contribute to pollution prevention, waste management, sustainable operations, and overall environmental performance.</div><div><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></div><div><ul><li>Support the implementation and maintenance of environmental compliance programs, policies, procedures, and recordkeeping systems to help ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate environmental requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with environmental training and awareness programs related to hazardous waste, chemical management, air emissions, wastewater, stormwater, spill prevention, and environmental reporting requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in environmental compliance inspections, audits, and gap assessments while helping track corrective actions and compliance improvement activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in evaluating site operations, equipment, processes, and chemical use to help identify environmental risks and support implementation of appropriate controls.&nbsp;</li><li>Support environmental monitoring activities, industrial hygiene sampling coordination, routine inspections, and maintenance of required environmental records and documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with environmental incident, spill, release, and near miss investigations, including documentation, corrective action tracking, and follow-up activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Support environmental permitting, regulatory reporting, agency inspections, and sustainability initiatives under the direction of site EHS leadership.&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and site personnel to promote environmental compliance awareness and support continuous improvement initiatives.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><strong>Who You Are:</strong></div><div>You engage in collaborative planning.
