While SSPG strives to accommodate preferred schedules, flexibility is essential for the role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide security services at the assigned client site(s), ensuring the safety and security of personnel, premises, and assets.</li><li>Be available to work various shifts and client sites as needed. Schedule and locations may change depending on client needs, staffing requirements, or other operational factors.</li><li>Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients, visitors, and staff. Ensure that all communication fosters a positive and secure environment.</li><li>Conduct regular patrols of the assigned site and monitor surveillance equipment, ensuring adherence to the client’s security protocols.</li><li>Accurately document any incidents, security breaches, or irregularities, and promptly report them to the appropriate personnel for follow-up.</li><li>Additional duties as assigned by Silver Star leadership team.</li></ul>",
